Horse vs. Foot

Foot: 0
I broke all the rules in the book on horse handling, and a gelding named Mickey plowed right through, knocked me to the ground, and stepped on my foot as he rushed by to get to the hay. Xrays told me it's not broken, just bruised and swollen. I can't ride, I can't run, and I don't know if I can drive. I've been spending all weekend on the couch with my foot on a stack of pillows. My foot looks like it belongs to one of the fatties in Wall-e.
So, there's my weekend! ^_^

I've read the series twice. But I got a late start. I'm sure I'll read them many more times in my lifetime
Long time no see
Hey... It's been a while. I guess I never told you -- I got a new job. In August I started as a production worker at a manufacturing company. I freakin' LOVE it. It's like every day is an episode of How It's Made. Seriously, I couldn't ask for a better job. My boss bought us teriyaki when we worked late on Friday. But anyway, it's full time, so now I'm always busy or tired, so no art has come forth. I occasionally check back here and check my inbox, but I'm not active on this site. I wish I were! Maybe I'll get around to it.. But then again, I haven't even baked those 20 pies I promised... 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week is simply not enough t
